Guidelines for Wine Preservation
1.Avoid placing in direct sunlight.
2.Avoid storing in places where the temperatures are high (including enclosed wine closets). Never place in the trunks of cars or motorcycles (to avoid the risk of the wine bottle exploding or leaking).
3.Avoid placing in an environment with temperature changes or fluctuations.
4.The wine bottle should be stored horizontally.
5.Do not store vertically for more than one month.
6.Do not place in household refrigerators (to prevent the wine from absorbing odors and flavors of other foods and the bottle cork from drying out).
7.Never place sparkling wine in a freezer or vigorously shake the wine up and down.
Wine does not have an expiration date, but it does have a "best before" date.
8.The preferred drinking temperature for red wine is between 13°C - 18°C, while the recommended drinking temperature for white wine, champagne and ice wine is 5°C - 12°C。
9.Except for top wines and wines of vintage years, wine on the market are usually ready for consumption immediately after purchase and requires no cellar time.
10.Wine should be consumed within 3-7 days after opening.
11.During this period, you can re-cork the bottle by placing the cork upside down. Then store the wine in the refrigerator to prevent it from turning sour.
Guidelines for Liquor Preservation:
1.When placed in an environment similar to a wine cellar, the cork might develop some mold and mildew. This is normal and does not affect the wine's quality. It is still fine to drink the wine.
2.To ensure all consumers' rights and interests, please make sure that the product is the right one at the time of your purchase. Once the purchase is completed and finalized, no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
3.Avoid placing in direct sunlight.
4.Avoid putting in places where temperatures are high (for liquor evaporates easily). 5.Never place in the trunks of cars or motorcycles (to avoid the risk of the liquor bottle exploding).
6.Liquor with a cork. To prevent the cork from drying out and falling into the liquor, place the bottle horizontally from time to time.
7.Liquor does not have an expiration date, but it might evaporate, causing a reduction in the amount of liquor.
8.Liquor is best consumed within three years after the purchase date.
9.The aging effect of liquor stops right after it is bottled; therefore, the age of the liquor is based on the number of years in storage within the oak barrels.
10.To ensure all consumers' rights and interests, please make sure that the product you select is the right one at the time of purchase. Once the purchase is completed and finalized, no refunds or exchanges are allowed. |
